We’ve resolved the issue affecting a limited number of agents stuck in "no-mic", "no answer", or unable to make or receive calls when using certain browsers. The issue originated from a recent Chromium update and impacted multiple platforms, including ours.
A new version of Google Chrome was released today and includes a fix. We recommend that affected users update to the most recent version and log back in to Storable CRM. We’re currently investigating an issue that is affecting a limited number of agents who may be getting stuck in "no-mic" when using certain browsers. This does not impact all users, but if you are experiencing this issue, switching to the Opera browser has proven to be an effective temporary workaround.
We are actively working to implement a permanent fix, and will continue to share updates as they become available.

Our team has identified an issue with the Storable CRM Contact Center. Some agents cannot receive calls and make outbound calls, while others cannot answer calls due to entering a No Mic or No Answer status.
